Homemade Disaster

Homemade oatmeal mask. More like homemade disaster. You would think it’s easy to make an oatmeal mask (A little oatmeal, a little honey, some lemon drops), but if you’re me, you’ll find out really soon that it’s not. So I figured out that whole oatmeal grains don’t work well for a mask. So I had to grind up the oatmeal. Which is fine. So I do that, add a little water, some honey, some lemon. And take it upstairs to put on my face (scary looking stuff). Unfortunately, instead of ending up on my face, it ends up in the sink. In the broken bowl I dropped. Right? But most of the oatmeal is still intact and doesn’t have shards of glass sticking to it, so I decide to move forward (don’t worry I don’t end up slicing my face open with an unforeseeable piece of glass). Anyways, I get the stuff on my face and clean up the sink. After a couple minutes, I try to take it off. Well try is the keyword here because that stuff doesn’t come off. It ends up on my clothes, in my hair, all over the sink. After 5 minutes of vicious scrubbing I finally get it all off. Yay. I guess my face feels a little softer, so overall victory. But so not worth all the hard work.
